Perth Homes Doing 2026 Trends Right
From warm splash back tiles to softer, curved architecture, 2026’s biggest home design trends are already showing up in local listings. Here’s what we’re spotting across Perth homes right now.
The mornings are getting a little crisper, weekend calendars are starting to fill up again, and you’re heading to the shops after realising you’ll need to size up again with this year’s footy boots… That can only mean one thing – junior footy season is just around the corner.
For many local families in Sorrento and Duncraig, Sunday mornings have become a much-loved tradition. It’s where friendships are formed, confidence grows, and kids learn the value of teamwork and community.
At Ray White Keevers Group, supporting grassroots sport is something we care deeply about. As long-time sponsors of the Sorrento Duncraig Junior Football Club, we’re proud to help the club continue creating those moments season after season.

Local sporting clubs run on passion – from volunteers and coaches to families who help out week after week. As an ongoing major sponsor over the years, Keevers Group has been proud to support the club in practical ways that make a difference for players and teams.
The Sorrento Duncraig Football Club has built a strong reputation over the years as a welcoming, family-focused club.
This is reflected in the steady growth in player numbers across junior age groups. Each season sees more local kids signing up to play, drawn by the club’s positive culture and the sense of community that surrounds it.
Spend a Sunday morning at Seacrest and you’ll quickly see why.
There’s always something happening – games underway across the fields, volunteers working the canteen, families catching up on the sidelines, and the occasional sausage sizzle keeping everyone fuelled for the morning.

For Ray White Keevers Group director Ben Keevers, the club holds a particularly special place.
Having played his own junior football at Sorrento growing up, Ben now returns each season as a coach, continuing to guide the same group of players as they move up through the age groups.
In 2026 he’ll once again be coaching the Year 6 juniors, helping a new season of players develop their skills, confidence and love of the game.
It’s one of the things that makes grassroots sport so powerful – watching kids grow year after year, building friendships and memories along the way.

Clubs like the Sorrento Duncraig are a huge part of what makes these suburbs such great places to live.
They bring people together. They give kids a chance to stay active and learn new skills. And they create the kind of community spirit that extends far beyond the boundary line.
But community sport doesn’t happen on its own. It relies on volunteers, families, and local businesses who step up to support it.
For Ray White Keevers Group, being involved with the Sorrento Duncraig Junior Football Club is about giving back to the community we’re proud to be part of every day.
With the season fast approaching, Seacrest Oval will soon be back in full swing, filled with young players chasing the footy, coaches offering encouragement from the sidelines, and families cheering them on.
Because in Sorrento, footy isn’t just a winter sport – it’s part of the community.
