RWKG Celebrates at the 2026 Ray White Annual Awards

By Keevers Team

There’s nothing quite like watching your team get the recognition they deserve, and Friday night’s Ray White WA Annual Awards at Crown Ballroom did exactly that for the Ray White Keevers Group crew.

We kicked the night off in true celebration style, arriving from our North Beach office in a stretch Hummer (because if you’re going to dress up and hit the red carpet, you may as well do it properly). It was the perfect way to shake off the working week, let our hair down, and get in the mood to celebrate everything the team has achieved over the past twelve months.

Congratulations, Ben

A huge congratulations to our own Ben Keevers, who was recognised among the top-performing principal agents across the state, being recognised for:

  • #10 Principal Agent – Number of Listings
  • #6 Principal Agent – Settled Commission

Landing in the top 10 across the entire Ray White WA network is no small feat, especially in a year that’s thrown up as many curveballs as it has opportunities. It’s a reflection of the hard work, and genuine care Ben brings to every client relationship — and we couldn’t be prouder to have him at the helm of RWKG.

A Strong Year, With Change on the Horizon

The awards night wasn’t just about celebrating wins — it was also a chance to hear where the network sees things heading. Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman spoke to the room about what’s been a genuinely strong year of growth for the group, with Ray White’s share of the WA market continuing to climb thanks to the people in the room.

But he was also candid about the shift underway. Listings have picked up sharply since Christmas while sales activity has eased back, meaning the market our clients are operating in today looks quite different to how it looked six or twelve months ago. His message to the room was clear: the businesses that adapt fastest to these new conditions will be the ones best placed to make the most of the year ahead.

It’s a mindset we’re taking on board here at RWKG too — staying close to what our local market is doing across the coastal pocket and beyond, and making sure our advice to clients reflects what’s actually happening on the ground right now, not what was happening last quarter.

Congratulations to our Principal, Ben Keevers on his recognition at the 2026 Ray White Annual Awards

Onwards from Here

Nights like this are a great reminder of why we do what we do. Real estate is a people business first, and it’s the people — agents, property managers, admin teams — who make the numbers happen. Well done to every RWKG team member who contributed to a big year, and congratulations again to Ben on a well-earned spot in the top 10.

Here’s to an even bigger 2027!
